1. Who we are

NaijaXport is operated by NaijaXport Ltd Co, a Georgia limited liability company based in Atlanta, United States ("NaijaXport", "we", "us"). We are building an online store that ships verified Nigerian-origin goods to buyers in the United States.

2. Status of the service

The store is not yet open for purchases. At present this website provides information about the upcoming service, collects launch-notification requests, and accepts supplier applications. These terms apply to your use of the website now and, once ordering opens, to purchases made through it. We will update these terms before the store opens and the date above will change when we do.

3. How buying will work

NaijaXport is the seller of record. When you buy, you transact with NaijaXport, and the price shown at checkout is the final price: it includes the items, international shipping, and customs duties. You will not be asked to pay additional duties or fees on delivery for orders shipped on our delivered-duty-paid basis.

4. Suppliers

Products are sourced from Nigerian businesses that we verify before they can sell, including business registration checks and, where the category requires it, product registration. Suppliers are bound by a separate supplier agreement.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to send unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.

6. Intellectual property

The NaijaXport name, logo, and the content of this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not use them without our written permission.

7. Liability

This website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
